Here is the *surprise me* Mood Board for March!  The votes for this category won, however, the other voters won me over with the “please” politeness.  Look for the St. Patrick’s Day challenges!!   

Use ONLY the colors from the board below,; browns, oranges, greens, etc.  In addition use 3 items of inspirations to add to your page, being sure to list what inspired you from the board.  Layouts, journals and cards allowed. 

 I wanted to go with warm colors, so I used photos from our last family trip in December.  Only 2 of the photos were from the internet.  Isn’t little Heidi the cutest little Highland cow?!?   Enjoy!

Yes!

Oh, love this one too. I went to a farm not long ago JUST to see a Highland Cow so I got this!!

You take wonderful photos!  We have Highland cattle living next door to us.  Looking forward to this year's batch of calves.

I have never been that “in” to cows, but the cuteness, even as adults, and their gentle disposition makes me love them.  The place we were at puts the weaned calves behind the building we stayed in, so you can feed them treats out the window!  good for “gentle-ing”.

Maybe you can put together a page and then add the photo later?  I can’t wait to see Heidi’s twin!  

And after all the "orange men" in Ireland rebelled against the green.  Something like that . I just remember every time my grandmother told the story, it was different. And no, she wasn't Irish she was German. 

i focused mostly on the greens and browns.  my inspirations were the mountains, greenery and plaid blanket.

Water, pine, wood

I used the leaves, mammal (rabbit), and wood from the swing and cabin in my ephemera circle for inspiration.  Combined with the Manufacturer with a Twist challenge.

I used browns and greens and a pop of blue like the sky in the mood board.  My inspirations are gray stones, the river in the canyon, like my children on the log ride, and trees and wood (the log)

LOVED LOVED LOVED this Mood Board. I have been saving this photo for a great challenge and this one was perfect. Our local Berry Farm had a Harvest Festival...I really went to see these beautiful creatures, I had never seen one before. My inspirations were the Highland Cow, Hollowed out leaves (die cut) Cut out leaves, berries on cactus (green enamel dots) Plaid on bench (plaid paper) Wood house (woodgrain).  

Here is mine, combined with this month's title challenge. I was inspired by:

Colors I used were dark green, brown, and rust.
