Thanks to all who participated in this month's challenge. I do so love James Gandolfini and loved seeing you all use the inspiration. I hope he is smiling up in heaven somewhere. And the winner as selected by the Wheel of names is Nellie Pickles. Will send your gift card shortly.

Is it really possible that we are in 2025?????  As the saying goes, the days are long but the years are short. Seems like time is just flying!!

We are in month 6 of our new challenge, this one will still involve a love of movies and those that make them. Those that lead us on a momentary escape from our daily life. The actors that make us laugh, cry, anger, and cheer.  Each month we will focus on the work of one actor/actress.  There will be three options each month. You may do each option or just one, your choice.  In the past you were permitted to "find" a movie, now you many ONLY use the options given here!!  They must be used EXACTLY AS IS!!!!

This challenge has a limit of 3 ENTRIES.  You may only do ONE from each category for a total of 3, For example- you cannot do two posters and one quote, you may only do one poster, one quote and one title to reach 3 entries.  Any questions - please ask!

This month we will be focusing on the outstanding work of James Gandolfini- one of Hollywood's best actors, in my opinion. Most people know him from the Sopranos series and I loved him as Tony Soprano (truth be told I have a bit of a crush on the man, lol).  What really made me fall in love with him though was who he was as a person, his many kind acts towards coworkers and strangers and his very humble outlook on himself and the way he spoke so fondly of his blue collar upbringing.  Aside from the Sopranos he had roles in many, many movies.  Would love to hear what you loved him in, if anything.

Option # 1 - Movie Poster Inspiration
You may gather inspiration from ONE of the movie posters below.  It does not have to be exact obviously but I must be able to see the inspiration. Here are your options. Please state which poster you used in your post and what the inspiration was.

Option 2 - Movie Quotes
You may use one of these quotes either as your title or somewhere on the page. IT MUST BE USED EXACTLY AS IS!!! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PUT THE NAME OF THE MOVIE.

1.
"If you can quote the rules, you can obey them" - Sopranos

2. "They say everyday is a gift, but why does it have to be a pair of socks" - Sopranos

3. I don't know, because they're my friends" - Enough Said

4. He's lost his nerve" - Crimson Tide

5. "Stand at attention soldier" - Crimson Tide

6. "I'm not a rat" - A Civil Action

7.C'mon, I'll give you one shot, because I like you" - True Romance

8. Family, they're the only ones that you can depend on" - Sopranos

9. Well then, I guess I'd better go pack" - The Last Castle

10. Time is on my side, yes it is" - Fallen

Option #3 - Movie Title
You may use one of these titles as the TITLE of your layout - IT MUST BE USED EXACTLY AS IS!!  No other Al Pacino movie titles will be allowed for this option. Here are your choices:

1. Mr. Wonderful

2. The Drop

3. Enough Said

4. Killing Them Softly

5. Down the Shore

6. All the Kings Men

7. The Mighty

8. True Romance

9. Lonely Hearts

10. The Juror

11. In the Loop

12. Zero Dark Thirty

Must be a NEW layout, paper or digital, single or double page. Layouts only. All entries should be entered on this thread.
You can combine with ONE other challenge that allows it.
*You may make more than one entry but each page MUST be from a different category. LIMIT 3 ENTRIES.
Please LINK your work here. Deadline is January 31, 2025. A random winner from all entries done correctly will be selected for a $5.00 ACOT gift card from me

You did such a good job with the inspiration poster. I love the poster but wasn't sure how to tackle it without using it too literally. Love how your layout turned out!

My interpretation of the True Romance poster - I took inspiration from the line of askew photos and the block of text.
