I have a lot of fruit in my stash, but somehow no cherries that I could find. I need to look for a cupcake stamp or ice cream, something with a cherry on top.

I love this one too!! I have some ideas already!  And I bought Graphic 45 Cherry collection, and I have cherry brads for sure.  I'm not sure I'm going this route though, might go another direction.
