ACOT Message Board

November is the month of Thanksgiving. 

For November you must use a word (alpha) that you associate with Thanksgiving. Some samples could be T for Thanksgiving or thankful, F for feast or family, or my choice C for cooking.   For the TWIST, you must use an additional item using the letter of your choice.  Items could include embellishments, title, papers, etc. YOUR PROJECT DOES NOT NEED TO BE THANKSGIVING RELATED. 

NOTE:  If you have an alpha you would like me to use, please let me know

Please list the manufacturer and what you are using for your twist.  We should be able to clearly see the product(s) that you do use for this challenge! I will pick a random winner to receive a $5 ACOT gift certificate.

Must be a new layout/card or altered project.
Limit to five entries.
Must post to the gallery by 11/30/2024 at midnight and also post to this thread.
You may combine with one other November monthly challenge if allowed by that challenge.  

For my sample I used Carta Bella and my Twist is my title.   I'm also using the November 1st sketch from Sketch N Scrap.  It's a great sketch and I hope you come play along.

Does it have to be a Thanksgiving layout? I don't think I have any pics with me.....

Absolutely NOT! Thanks for pointing that out. I will update my original post.

That is fine and your layout is lovely.

S for stuffing and Simple Stories; my twist is stickers.  combined with make-the-cut challenge.

F for family and 49 & Market.  my twist is foliage, both in the photo and on the green tag with ferns.  combined with Carmen Sandiego.

My thanksgiving word is Eating
E for echo park
E for epoxy embellishments

combined with the 3 in a row

Here is my entry!

I chose the "F" for "Food" and used Fancy Pants Poolside!  For my twist I used foam stickers (hearts), foam pop dots, and my title is "Fun"!

Here's mine. I chose "Thankful", used Tim Holtz patterned paper and die cuts, and Turkey die cut. Combined with the Masculine Card challenge.

I chose T for Turkey, T for Tim Holtz and T for Thickers

F for Food, F for 49&market, F for foliage

Pumpkin Pie, PhotoPlay, and patterned paper

Abundance, Anna Griffin, Apple

I used some old Die Cuts with a View papers, along with distress inks, diecut daisies, dots and my photos of my daughters (for whom I thankful for).
