April Technique Challenge - Winners!

{Please read. I've had several that have forgotten to add the buttons.} Image

My technique for this month is using Cutwork. I've kind of gotten away from doing this much lately so thought we'd give this a try. On a recent layout I cut out the tiny elephants from this cute baby boy paper. You must also use 5+ buttons. Image

{Cutwork is cutting any particular shape from a piece of patterned paper. These are shapes such as flowers, keys, snowmen, circles, etc. that are already on the patterned paper.}

For the fine print....
This can be paper, digi, card, or a project. All work must be new. You may do this more than 1 time. You may combine this with one other Challenge that allows that. Please link your work here as I won't be having a gallery folder. Deadline is April 30th. A random winner will be selected for a $5 ACOT gift card from me!

Hope you have fun with this!  Image

oooh great challenge! I learned this as "fussy cutting" and it can definitely be tricky depending on what exactly you're trying to cut out. Thanks for a great challenge, I'm sure I'll be able to find something! lol :)

Love your sample layout! As I have that very background pop, it is going to be hard to ignore temptation to just scrsplift what you have here Deanna :-)

I don't do it often either and I usually just cut out small things. Looking forward to your work! Image

I gave this a try. I am not sure if I did okay. I cut out several of my embellishments from printed paper and stickers.

Thanks for the challenge!

 This is so very CUTE! Your little jars cut out along with the shopping cart are really perfect for this! Image
