Not sure if this is what you meant. I used one of the hats the girls are wearing and cut it to make my title. I distressed with a marker some of the letters too. If this doesn't count that's okay.

I started with naked chipboard and wanted to do something that was still pretty neutral. I added some distress stickles, thought they were too much, then wiped them off. I think I like the slightly dirty speckled look that resulted.

Here is another for me. I journaled on the letters! I used the sketch and combined with the 3 in a Row. Thank you!

I used TH ink to give a two tone look to my title letters. You can see it better IRL, sorry for my poor photo.

I used a technique that used clear packing tape over the letters that gave them a glossy effect.

I had some fun using different stencil butters on chipboard letters:

I entered this layout in the Craft Life challenge. I didn't design the layout but I did the work -- I backed some of the letters in the cut file with patterned paper and added a few pieces of ephemera to decorate.

I do a layout like this at the end of Calvinball every year and try to get most of the points on there. lol that’s why it looks so terrible. To change me letters, I colored the bottom half with a black sharpie.

LOVED this challenge, Natalie! Thank you! Here, my title it cut out from “scrap” paper my daughter had painted on with acrylic paints. It was a beautiful rainbow of mixed colors, I didn’t have the heart to throw it out, then up popped your challenge! So, I was able to keep it
. Combined with the Crafty Month challenge.

I used a white pen on black cardstock to doodle dots around my cork letters for a school-look.

I used glossy accents on a sticker to resemble drops of water to go with my theme.
