I combined this with the 2-4-6-8 challenge.  We moved into our far from finished house a couple of weeks before Christmas.  Not long after we moved in the weather got very very cold.  Lows were in the single digits.  Highs were in the teens.  And the wind was brutal for weeks!  At night the wood stove fire would go out and in the morning Steve would turn on the turbo blaster (aka The Dragon) and then go work on the fire.  The blaster would warm the house up quickly but we had to be very careful because it would spit out fire like a dragon.  And it was very loud so we couldn’t hear anything outside if something went wrong with the birds.
