Here is my card.
1. flowers - white on left side with gem as center
2. gems/bling - center of flowers
3. ephemera - Echo Park Valentine ephemera as most of the cluster. Hearts only thing not in that pack.
4. ribbons/lace - layered under the cluster, best seen on right side by large red heart.
5. washi tape - sparkle white/clear at top and bottom of card.

(1) flowers (3 gold ones on left side), (2) Washi down the left edge of paper behind photo, (3) Lace under fan sticker, (4) sequins all over as I got carried away, (5) Filmstrip on right of layout.  I combined with the sketch #415.
