I love that little banner across the top!  I can't tell if it's ribbon or paper, but it's awesome either way!  Love the papers you used!

I used the first row for the challenge. White matting and under title.  Blue matting and stamped title, and blue accents. Red pennant at top left corner

Here is my take on your challenge.   I scrapped, first time in months!  
for a kindergarten album using my god grandchild's teacher's note from the class (2012-13)  Finally got these in an album for his mom.

I used red, free space and bling. 

 

What a great memory!  Love the colors and all those little pearls!
