My take on the second sketch. Subbed stars for the circles to fit my theme!

I chose sketch 2.  I took inspiration from the horizontal layout of the floral paper and mesh I found in my stash from a LONG time ago!  I used that at the top in place of another piece of paper to add texture.  The empty card is for later journaling.
