I used Option #2: Zig-zag, White Card stock, 3+ circles, chipboard (words), sequins

I did option 1 using BF sketch #370.  The background paper might look blue, but I promise it's a shade of green - it's AC Geyser. I hope you can see the other items (fringe border - pink, lower right; 3 wood veneer flowers; 7 scattered enamel dots, pink & white; and of course the 2x2 squares)
