Sorry this is not the best photo of my LO but I have been having camera issues and wanted to get sure this is entered.

I chose the bottom row : misting, washi tape, shape
For the background, I stamped stars (my shape) with Faded Jeans Distress Stain, misting the watercolor paper with water and Tattered Angels Dazzling Diamonds mist to create the Bokeh look and some magical sparkle like fireworks. I used washi tape for the red dotted banner that goes behind the pictures.

Here's mine, I used the last column: stickers (Mrs. Grossman's letter and number stickers), journaling, and a shape (I cut my picture into a triangle to match the triangle on the cut-out). This paper is from the DCWV technology stack, I just love it!
These challenges are always fun. I chose the diagonal: color blue (navy and aqua), flowers (stamped and fussy cut), shape of choice (rounded rectangles and circles):
