Because it's weird to be doing stuff without a head, and I find horses kind of scary because they're so big.

Only one is a Jack o' Lantern though. The rest are those tiny little pumpkins b/c they are sooooo cute.

I don't think you can actually use the guts for baking, since you use the flesh usually, and you need a pie pumpkin, not a carving pumpkin, b/c they have less water content, but I could be wrong. Anyone tried?
