Whooo Hoooo!!! This was my favorite challenge to write up. One of my very favorite things to get the muse going is a sketch!!! I love sketches and there are so many great sites for sketches!!! Then handmade flowers are so in right now!!! The threads titled Friday's Flowers were some of my favorite on the board. So with those two things in mind.....
Pick your favorite sketch to complete a layout that has been posted somewhere on the internet but not on ACOT. Share the sketch with us as well as the link to where you got the sketch from. I would love to see some handmade flowers, too, as they are so "IN" right now! And yes any die-cut flowers are included as handmade from your die-cutting machine! I am including the Creative Team Members in the challenge, too!!!
All of the layouts or cards need to be uploaded to the Gallery and then posted here on this thread. At the end of the month I will pick a random winner to win a $5 GC from ACOT. I also am going to have a random RAK if you participate in either or both challenges. I recently purchased from ACOT two of the same Quickutz 2x2 die. The forgetfulness of getting rid of it on the Wishlist when you went shopping without checking your list twice, LOL!!! I know the dies will work with the Cuttlebug and I'm sure you know if the Quickutz dies will work in your machine. Please let me know when you post your layout or card if you can use this cute little die so I can enter your name in the drawing.
I can not wait to see what your creativity produces!!!
Another great challenge Kim. I love using sketches. Now to find the right one and pics to go with it.
This will help to get me moving toward my scrappy table. I know once I sit I will start scrapping!! That and the order I just placed at walgreens for pics!! Thanx for the challenge!

Excellent challenge Kim! I too LOVE LOVE LOVE sketches. And I just started making my own paper flowers just recently, so I'm ready to show the world what I've been up to!

Kim, I had so much fun with this challenge. I'm just getting the hang on making my own flowers, and I love sketches. I'm a big Page Maps fan. Here's the sketch:
Its from January of this year: http://www.pagemaps.com/jan10maps.htm
And, here is my layout, with my homemade flower:

GCT's don't have a separate gallery for their challenges. You would post it to layout, digital, or card for this challenge. Then just come back and post it here by copying the image location and then using the tool bar to place in your post.
I deeply apologize for not getting to your question sooner as my router died, and I'm finally back on line.
No problem! It gave my projekt some time to dry up..
I´ll post it here in a minute. Thanks for the help!

Here is the sketch I found for this project: http://www.magdasscrapbooking.se/?p=12286
It looks like this:
And here is my LO. The journaling goes something like this: "I am a proud sister of a great barista. at her café you´ll get the best coffee ever!" The picture to the left is her coffemachine, where all the magic happens..
Here is a closeup on the flowers that I made.
I made them from three regular, non-bleached coffeefilters, a brad, some distress in a mistbottle - faded jeans and some stickles.
Enjoy!

This was a great challenge Kim. I love using sketches and I found this one at sketchinspiration.ning.com. Hope this link works. Also, I would love to add that cute flower die-cut to my stash.
