Journaling Question

I want to journal in light blue, white, or cream on a dark surface. I'm not sure what kind of pen to buy/use so that it stands out and doesn't smear but is fine-tipped enough to write legibly. Suggestions?

The BEST white pen I've ever gotten, was just this past Oct at the Expo. I love it! And it is....
Uniball Signo. It's amazing!

I wish I could help you, but I can't. I too have been searching for a pen to write on dark paper. Everything I've tried hasn't worked. Good luck!

That's what I use, too, but I ordered mine online.

I couldn't do digi scrapping. I vastly prefer working with paper

Then print it out, cut it out and viola! now it's paper you can paste on your layout.
