I'm sorry, but what the hell is this world coming to?  How can anyone think this is a good idea?

Crazy.  Yep, sounds like a place for cyber-bullying.

The local morning radio host was saying the exact same thing this morning.  He said you know this is going to end badly.  Someone is going to shoot someone over this.  Or get shot.  He's right.

Exactly what I was thinking myself. Isn't bullying way out of hand already? This will just open the door wider.

It's things like this that make me wish for simpler times with no internet, cell phones, etc. Seems like the creators want this to be something positive but things never end up that way.

That is absolutely horrible! How can they think this would be a good thing!

This seems like an absolute disaster in the making. I would not want any part of that and I definitely do not like that even if you are not a registered user someone can add you just by entering in your cell phone number.

I watched a show about a year ago like this, where everyone was rated through an app.  I wonder if that's where they got the idea?  Stupid.

This is the line that left me with my mouth hanging open:

“People do so much research when they buy a car or make those kinds of decisions,” Cordray told the Washinton Post. “Why not do the same kind of research on other aspects of your life?”

Because people aren't inanimate objects to be rated!!!! This is nuts!

Our lives are already lacking in privacy nowadays! Plus Awful that it's encouraged to judge your neighbors. Scary  negative outcome possibilities.

Geez!  Some "peeple" need to get a life!  Is this really something to spend time doing?  What a horrible idea, made up, no doubt, by some 20-something who wants to go viral and make a million off others' pain.  :greenmad:

I just hope that karma will come back like a boomerang to the creators of this app and that they'll learn the hard way that people are not nice and that being able to rate them will result in everyone receiving terrible appreciations.
But then, aftre a while, it will get better: once everyone has the minimal possible score, everyone will be equal, the input will be seen as useless, and the app is going to be discarded quickly.
