Just curious whose Santa wraps. I did for the 1st couple of years for A, but now I ask him if he thinks Santa should wrap or not. My Santa gifts were never wrapped when I was little. They were just under the tree.

We don't "do" Santa, but we do have a Christmas morning just like everyone else...meaning the presents aren't seen until Christmas morning, but Trent knows that Santa doesn't bring them. And I wrap everything! The only year I didn't wrap was when Trent was getting a big ol' toolbench and I knew he would want to play right away.

When I was a kid, Santa wrapped. When I was almost-a-stepmom, Santa didn't wrap which I thought was weird...now I know the ex wasn't loony (at least not about that anyway.)

santa wraps in tissue paper usually. especially for the stocking. there's just so much fun had in the un-wrapping of stuff. santa should un-box though, I was thinking about this recently. After all, he doesn't shop at TRU does he?

In our house, "Santa" never wrapped. HIs gifts were always big and left in front of the tree. Things from Mommy and Daddy were wrapped.

Santa does not wrap presents he places them lovingly under the tree so they can be seen right off the bat...he does do some cool bows and ribbons sometimes. My insane dh goes with his fathers rules of " we have to eat before the presents" so the kids get their stockings and Santa presents while breakfast is cooking. This year I am making it Christmas Eve and just have to bake it in the morning... No pancakes! Mindysue will probably be overjoyed that her brother is gone...she can open her presents right away now!!!

Santa never wrapped gifts at my house or at my DH's house, so Santa doesn't wrap DS' toys. Santa doesn't have time to wrap millions of gifts!

Santa always wraps gifts. I love to unwrap when I was little and now. I make my mother wrap everything up and tell her not to put anything in gift bags.
