Smell, mine's already gone and I haven't really missed it.
On a molecular level, I'm very busy.
smell..since I am a lab tech I naturally hold my nose closed anyway...from all the smells in the lab it's just a habit I have pivked up...so don't hink I would miss it...

I guess smell, although my understanding is that if you lose your sense of smell you also lose your sense of taste - and if that's true, I'd rather just lose taste, and keep smell.
Taste.

I'm not saying forget what you lost
I suppose there's a purpose in pain
What we make of ourselves has a cost
And it's paid every time we take hold of the reins

Taste, I wouldn't want to lose any of them but it's my least favorite of them all.
Definitely smell...I can smell coffee breath about a block away. Certain smells make me really nauseous. Maybe if I couldn't taste too, I'd lose a little of this extra cushioning!
definitely smell...hearing, sight and touch are the most importatnt to me. I couldn't imagine not being to hear, see or feel my kids. And lord knows that I love me some food so I certainly wouldn't want to lose that sense of taste.
