Changing times everywhere... American Crafts has been bought out by Nicole Crafts who recently purchased Notions too.
American Crafts site is now under construction.
I found this online and did a screenshot.

I love the Bazzil and cardstock packs in black and the white. I hope they continue to make it.

Me too! I was on the AC website last week and it looked odd because none of the companies, including Bazzill were listed. Now it's under construction.

Wow! So many major shakeups in this industry!
Bazzill has always been my cardstock of choice. I hope they continue to make all of their main colors!!!

I had noticed that some preorders (Paige Evans, Maggie Holmes, & others) says "We R Makers by AC" instead of American Crafts.
I wonder what's going to happen next.

i was talking about this earlier with some friends. i'm happy that AC is getting another chance, and i don't want anyone to go out of business obviously-especially a scrappy company--but i'm kind of sitting off to the side just watching this to see how it plays out.
i love thickers but i truly have so many i'll never ever use them all, so if those were to go away, no real loss. i like the black and white colorbok cardstock pads i can buy at a big box store for literally less than $5, so i would probably miss that if they went away.
Bo Bunny? Maggie Holmes? DCWV? Pebbles? i'm sorry to say i wouldn't miss them at all. do i buy their products? sometimes. do i go crazy over their products? not at all.

Interesting. I hope they will be successful with all the change and losing some of their top designers. Always been a fan of Bazzill cardstock. And We r Memory Keeper albums, although they are a terrible price these days.

Yes I agree on the We r Memory Keeper albums, sooo expensive lately. That is all I use since I switched from Creative Memories albums years ago.

I know I've seen Nicole crafts but I don't remember what/where. That list has a lot of cardstock brands, I wonder if some will be consolidated.

Nicole Crafts was the owner of A.C. Moore. They bought out Notions 2 years ago in February of 2023. Now, American Crafts.

Interesting. I don't know what to think about everything sometimes! I would miss some of these manufacturers if they were unavailable but I suppose I'd have to make do. Still, I hate to think of job closures and all that. Hopefully they can keep a lot of people on!

That’s why I remembered the name. This whole thing makes me nervous!

That makes sense. I used to Like AC Moore and they must have had some of their own product there. A C Moore was by far my favorite of the big box craft stores.

Another Bazzill girl here and it makes me nervous to see all these changes. I would always buy about $20 worth of Bazzill when Joann's would put it on sale 10 for $3. I have a pretty good stockpile, I hope I can still get it (but sad because I know other companies do not have a sale like that)

Totally agree Stacey. Of the few you mentioned, I might have taken a second look at BB a few years ago, but not any more. None of them really appeal to me.
