BRANDON: Have not received GC number
Brandon, 
I have not been receiving my PM's. I'm not even sure my PM's are going out. I sent you a message but I'm not even sure if you received it. I am posting this just in case you didn't.  I won the Nov/Dec Graphic Design challenge. I received an email about it and also saw it in the post on the topic. However, I didn't receive a PM with the GC number. Is there some way you can check on my inbox to see if it's working properly?

I did not receive a PM from ACOT for my most recent GC either, but I did receive an email with the code. Maybe double-check your email for the code. Mine was near the top of the email.  My thought was that ACOT no longer is doing the PMs, only the emails?

I didn't either but the gc number was on the email I received.

So sorry for any confusion! Forgot to let you all know we did turn off the pms for getting points and I think gc's too. It was a really old outdated message, and we thought it was redundant to have a pm and an email. So you should always be getting an email!

I actually liked getting the PM, since I get so many emails, it is easily lost.  Just a thought!

Same, my email stresses me! Both hubby and I share an email so double the chance to get deleted.

Now that you mentioned that - I also likely deleted a couple too. Which is really a shame considering that a fellow cherry would have  paid for and sent it to me.  :thumbdown:

I received both a PM and an e-mail on January 1, 2025 when Tammey sent me a GC.  So, if you got one prior to that, you probably got a PM too?  I don't know when exactly they started doing only e-mails.

i found one of my deleted GC emails in my trash folder.  when i tried using it today, it said it wasn't valid.  sigh.

Hi all, we gave the text of the PMs a little refresh and they're back now for everything going forward. Sorry for the disruption - we didn't realize how much you all depended on these!

Yes they're back!

Also, gift cards/certificates never expire! If you find an older one, it should still work. Make sure you're not entering it under the promo code field, but towards the end of checkout there's an area to add a gift card. And of course always reach out to us if something isn't working! :)
