I've never had a problem with doing this until last Friday. No matter what I do, they just won't load. It's kind of hard to participate in the challenges if I can't upload a photo of my layout. I think what is happening is they are loading as an iSO which you can't share but I'm not sure of that either.
Do I need more storage?
Do I need to delete more photos (which I've done)?
Do I need a new laptop?
Do I need a new iPhone which isn't that old?
Or do I need to give up participating and hosting in challenges?
Do I need to give up scrapbooking altogether?
Any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
1 question first.
how are you transferring the photos from phone to computer?
I have 2 potential work around s based on your answer to this question.

I'm doing like I always have. I take the photo on my phone using the "Lens" app which allows me to crop to a square. Once it's saved on my phone , I plug my phone into my laptop and go to my photos file and click on upload from iPhone. It starts going through all my photos until last Friday and then it can't find any more photos.
Chris, we are in the same boat. This started happening to me about two weeks ago. The photo transfer comes up on my phone but then when i press it nothing happens. It is very frustrating.
My work around is to upload it from my phone to Dropbox, then download that on my computer. If someone knows how to go back to the old way, I sure would like to know too.
Hope you can get it figured out. I have an Android so I am no help.

I’ll give this a try tomorrow but right now it’s time for FOOTBALL!
I don't use the laptop to upload pics anymore to ACOT. I take photos with my phone & edit them. Then on my phone, I pull up ACOT and upload pics to the gallery. Hope you can solve your mystery Chris.

I've never tried uploading them like that. I take the pic with iphone camera, edit it to square and whatever else it might need. I then email photos to myself and download on laptop from email. Maybe an extra step but I didn't know any other way - except maybe download from icloud to computer?
That seemed to work, Joannie!

I use my HP ap to “scan” the layout and then save to my Iphone. Either IPhone or HP had an update and for awhile I couldn’t find them. Now I have an extra step to save as a image (*jpg) as it now defaults to PDF for some reason.

I do like Joanie and load my edited photos directly onto the ACOT gallery. Then I get on my computer and put it in whatever challenge I need to.

I have a couple more work around if these suggestions don’t work.
