We are having leftovers tonight, because we have a community band practice.  I still play the piccolo (since 7th grade) and DH plays the tuba. :)

BTW, the pulled pork smoked mac n cheese we had last night was awesome!  I made a big pan so there are lots of leftovers. lol

Don't forget to check out the Share a Recipe forum here if you are stuck for something.  Also, did you know there's a site called myfridgefood.com that you can go to and check off the ingredients you have handy and they will give you recipes?  :greenlol:

We (well maybe just me) are having leftover pulled pork too!   The boys have scouts and the girls are working,  so it is a free for all - eat what you can find - type of night.    I know where to find the pulled pork from the weekend.  Maybe I will find some frozen fries to warm up, too.  lol

Most nights everybody eats something different since we are all on different schedules but last night the boys mentioned that I have not made spaghetti in a hundred years, lol.  So tonight I will be cooking spaghetti  😊

We're having chicken, corn on the cob and salad.

I love pulled pork and leftovers are always good!  We do that every Thursday because we have the grand kids until 6pm at their house.  It's late when we get home, so the leftovers are an easy fix!

Yummy!  Can't go wrong with smoked pork and we love our Traegar, too!

We are also having left over pork tenderloin!!  LOL!!!

It's becoming so difficult to plan what to make for dinner.  Due to DH's high potassium levels, he can't have potatoes (he's Irish and LOVES his potatoes), cooked tomatoes (but raw is fine), corn, most beans, and the list goes on and on.

He can have potatoes, but I need to soak them overnight and rise off the starch. Therefore, planning meals takes some real thought.  I used to like cooking but it's becoming more and more difficult. Even picking Hello Fresh meals is becoming difficult due to the ingredients is many of the dishes.

Pulled pork sounds so GOOD!  And I LOVE a good mac n cheese!  :)

We have some leftover chicken from last night so I'll make something with that.  And I found a bag of tater tots in the big freezer.  Haven't had those in ages!  So that's what we'll have.  Either green beans, peas or a salad to go with.  Depends on how lazy I'm feeling.  LOL!!!

We had taco salad/tacos tonight. All the smoked meat I've been reading about is making my mouth water! LOL

Vicki and i ate having the same. Chicken marinaded in Italian dressing, lime and honey, then grilled. Fresh corn and salad. Yum. I love having leftovers because it’s easy meal prep!
