We are having meat loaf, baked potatoes and corn. Usually I make mashed potatoes, but baked are easier.

we had scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon and toast....had an over abundance of eggs for some reason...

Tried to make cinnamon applesauce pancakes but they didn’t turn out. So we had regular pancakes and sausage bacon.
