I was trying to change my photo that shows up when I post, and it's been sooooo long since I did it, that I have no memory of what I did. I tried a couple things that I thought might be right and they didn't work.
Click on "my account", and on the left hand side, click on "Edit Bio". Go back to your uploaded photo and right click on it. You'll get a box of options - select "Copy Image Location" and paste it in the box that says "Avatar Image URL". Click on SUBMIT and you should be good to go!
Oh, and make sure your image is 100x192.

Yes, what Brandy said! I changed mine earlier today. I used Photobucket which makes it super easy..

DO I HAVE TO UPLOAD TO THE GALLERY?
Hmmm... I am still having trouble with this. I have a photo of myself that I was trying to upload. I went to my photos and right clicked on the photo and didn't have the option to Copy Image Location. So I uploaded to the gallery, thinking maybe I needed to do that first.... and still no option for copying image location.
mine says "Copy image Address" when I right click on the photo. And make sure your size is smaller than the max 100x192.MindySue wrote:Hmmm... I am still having trouble with this. Is that from the gallery? And how do you make your picture smaller than the max size?
Open it in paint or any image editing software (but Paint is pretty simple), and click "resize" on the tab menu, and you'll have the options to size it according to pixels. And, yes, upload it to the gallery. I don't have the options to copy and paste photos with my phone anymore. I don't know if I lost that option in an update, or what, but I used to be able to. Now, I can only use my laptop, and the "Copy Image Address" is the option I have to choose.MindySue wrote:joannie wrote:mine says "Copy image Address" when I right click on the photo. Yes, after you resize your photo and upload it to acot gallery...right click the photo and the list of options should come up. Click on "copy image address" and then go to profile like Brandy said above.MindySue wrote:joannie wrote:mine says "Copy image Address" when I right click on the photo. If you do not get Copy Image Address to show up, right click and at the very bottom should be Properties. Click on that and then highlight the url and right-click Copy it. Works the same way.
