I accidentally put in the wrong promo code and I can't find where to go back. It is not letting me and as I am  trying to figure out this website I saw more stuff I want but I can't add that either..Help please.. thank you

What happens when you click on the my basket link on top of the screen?   If that doesn't bring you to a place you can start over , I would print out the shopping list (just in case), close out your browser and try again.

It says I have nothing in my basket.

I am at the My Account page and it says view order and I have the order number I click on either of those tabs and it takes me to pay but not to continue shopping

I just logged off and logged back on and it still won't let me do anything..the little button that says remove promo code..I hit that and nothing. I would just say forget it but as I keep fussing with this website I like what is in my basket LOL

Do not give upď. It is a very easy site to navigate and hands down the best on line scrapping store. You earn points with every purchase, 1000 points equals 5.00 off. They constantly have promo codes for 20 pct off, every month. Huge selection, carry all the lines and all the new releases. I've heard some say scrapbook.com is better, no way! They havevthe same stuff as ACOT, but at a higher price, cardstock is .10 cents higher per sheet, they only offer free shipping a couple if times per year and their 'sales' are on one specific brand, must be purchased that day only. At ACOT, build your basket to 100 dollars and shipping is always free! Super easy and quick to add to the basket. I am an ACOT junkie, don't shop anywhere else. Call customer service or email them with any questions, prompt, courteous service!

Welcome to our little scrapbook heaven.  I haven't ever had this happen to me and I have been shopping here since 2009!  I completely agree with Sherry in everything she wrote.  I play with the Codes all the time to get the most off on an order.  I have a huge order by the end of this week.

Whoever answers the phone will be delighted to help you out!  The Customer Service is GREAT!  Shipping is out the door in 24 hours except when the orders start flooding in after both CHA shows.  The new products from Summer CHA started to arrive on Monday.  Black Friday Sale and Cyber Monday is busy, too, for the staff and shipping may be 48 hour turnaround.

I love they put in a pre-order.  I have had perfect arrival of my items when I have preordered something.  I have one in  right one for the Traditional Christmas line from BoBunny with a couple of other things I can wait on that do not have a preorder button.  The order I am making this week will require me to do my calculations tomorrow since I just got the count on the number getting invitations tonight for my Mother's 80th Birthday party my brothers and I are giving her on November 1st.  Right now at 98 people.

I usually just hit the back button on the top left.  Sounds like you froze up the thing!  Hope you get it worked out.  ACOT is the best online store around!

I hit the pay it now button..it is just awful that they take Paypal ..I'm in big big trouble now ...o boy! now time to sell old stuff on Ebay so I don't go into debt..LOL!!! thank you for the help..I think I did lock it up..I must have been on the site for 2 hours just drooling ..so new moto for me...sell, buy! sell, buy!

YAY!!!!!!  And the idea of Buy/Sell/Buy/Sell sounds like a great plan to me!   Now if I could do the same.....oh that's right "I HAVE AN ADDICTION!"
