Our area got hit with a pretty bad hail/wind storm 10 months ago. We have been literally fighting with the mortgage company, insurance company and roofing company to see eye-to-eye for the past 9 months. Mostly the mortgage company were being the @$$es!

This past Monday, we finally could get it done. These roofers are amazing. They worked 7:30am to sundown (7:30-8pmish). On Friday afternoon, they informed us that they would be here on Saturday too. 9am is when they started and it was all over with and they cleaned up and left by 5pm.

Looks great!! I can't wait to get ours done. We had damage from Sandy, and the insurance company gave us a check that will cover half of it. So once we get our tax refund back we will get it fixed.

I am so glad its completely done. And I am glad they did it right. It took a couple of extra days, but I think its worth it. Now the next time it rains really hard, we won't have to deal with buckets!

Very very true. It should last at least 20-25 yrs. And boy did it need it. Come to found out, the house has NEVER had its roof replaced. And we moved in in 1991!

Remember the days we got so excited over a new dress for a date? And now it's "I got a new roof!!" LOL I love your enthusiasm, and yes, it's very nice, and I'm glad you got it done so the furbabies aren't upset any more.

Looks great I know you are happy to finally have it done. The same thing happened to us several years ago so I can sympathize with you. We decided to go with a tin roof this time. I love it. But yours is beautiful too!!!

Thanks Jeanne. We were thinking about a metal roof too, but we were at a friends house with a metal roof and our cell phones didn't work nor their wi-fi. So we opted out of the metal roof since I work from home. I NEED my internet!
