Let's see..... blueberyy picker, paper carrier, nursing assistant, library aide, lab assistant for the physics department, and registered nurse. However, within nursing, I have worked in a surgical/ICU-stepdown floor, surgery, open heart surgery (I have literally held beating hearts in my hands), labor and delivery, worked with developmentally disabled, hospice, a utilization review case manager with an HMO, case manager for auto injuries, and now the Emergency Department. Wow....my list is longer than I realized! lol

Small Business Owner, Larry Watkins Enterprises, Angleton, TX (oilfield supply transportation and Flying J & L Ranch)

The one I am most proud of other then our business is my position with TDCJ. I broke a glass ceiling for women in TDCJ. I was the first female agriculture supervisor on a prison farm in the state of Texas. When I first wanted to go to work for TDCJ, I was literally told, 'It will be a cold day in h-e-doble hockey sticks before they hire a woman on a prison farm.' I have always hated being told 'no' because I'm a weak female. Two years later I was hired, just plan stubborn persistence on my part.
