Good Morning! I have not looked outside yet so I have no idea what kind of weather Florida will have today. But our doctor has been in to see dh and said that he can stay as long as he likes. Keep walking and expect to feel some GI upsets due to the radiation on the spine. So more radiation today, Hang here at the hospital until dh decides to go home.
I think I am going home to get some scrappy supplies to scrap.

Good morning!
Well, some braniacs decided to check our emergency generator at work yesterday and did not tell me until shortly beforehand. I handle semi-technical computer issues within the police dept side of the building. I happened to be just dealing with a customer and entering a police report in our system when they announced the shut down so I told them they needed to give me 10 minutes to get thie rest of the lady's report done so she could be on her way. THEN I had to run around to 20+ computers and make sure no one was in the middle of any reports or anything. Well, the maintenance guy wasn't happy with that so he said he'd go around and tell everyone to get off the computers. He didn't realize, and I didn't have time to check the computers that were left on, with programs running.... I have to deal with one downed email today and one that cannot print. The IT guy is coming in to help b/c I don't have all the admin abilities for everything yet (we are still in the process of switching from one co to another, all new servers, etc.) Lots of work...
I am hoping to finish a LO tonight, after I get my hair done, tho... We will see!

Overcast here in N Texas; may be in for some rain. Chiro at 2pm today; have a layout ready to put together but need some "cold" embellies. I may have to make a trip to Michael's or Joann's.
Got news yesterday that my former boss has now been demoted and moved to another office. There must be a shake-up in admin 'cause that seems to be where all this is coming from.

Good morning ladies. My scrappy space is all clean. I spent last night after dinner cleaning and putting my layouts in albums. It looks so clean and waiting for me to mess it up again. After work and the bike trail I'm going to sneak in some scrappy time. The kids always have a ton of homework on Tuesdays so no one will bother me until dinner. Have a great day everyone.

I think a change in protocol in is order. For a check (not a real emergency) there should be a memo sent out at least to dept heads so that the department head can make sure no important work is in progress that may be lost. Actually Bibi, I never really blamed Shannon; he was only doing what was coming down from admin. It's all been coming from higher up; so I'm really sorry about Shannon's job. He was a good manager and a good guy.

Good morning cherries! Beautiful sunny day here at the beach! One of those picture perfect days, not too hot, no humidity!!!! I have a load of laundry to finish, and a few dishes, then back to scrapping. I am on a roll, so I hate to slow down. It helps that DH works nights, I have the house to myself, and for the most part no interruptions! Bibi, I hope you do get to scrap some, take your mind off all your worries for a bit. I am sorry you are not headed home yet, but maybe a good thing???? Anne, sounds like a huge mess at work, lack of communication??? I hope it gets better! Everyone have a super day!

I worked last night and have to work again tonight, but I keep getting the oddest feeling that it is Sunday. The kids are off on spring break this week and I think that's why. I still have to design either t shirts or tote bags as the thank you gifts from the kids to the guard coaches but I actually have until next Sunday to finish that whole project.Right now I'm just lounging until Bob fixes me some lunch.....I'm hoping for eggs benedict.......

Up early. Going to lunch with some old friends from where I used to work. We are all long retired so probably a "my grand kids" kind of day. Weather is really nice but a spring storm is supposed to be moving in by early evening.

Oh, Bibi, hope things are going well for him today and he is improving.
We are on spring break and DH took our kids on a guys' vacation so I am home alone for a few days. I should be getting a lot more done than I am, but I just can't seem to get motivated. It is the perfect opportunity to help our house lose some weight. I'm not feeling very well either, but I think it is just allergies. Took our puppy to be spayed so she is moping around today too. Later I'm having a couple of friends over so that will help.
