I either had a 24 hour stomach virus or food poisoning. I am thinking most likely a virus, as I have had several students out the past couple of weeks with the same thing. I am feeling alot better today, but still a little puny and weak. I slept almost a full 24 hours, in between trips to the restroom! Ughhh... that was awful! I am a big weenie when it comes to getting sick! LOL! Anyone else have this lately?

It seems to be going around here... my dd had it and my dh had it. It didn't last more than a day or so, so I hope you feel better soon.

Last Monday I had those nauseous and not-feeling-so-good feelings.....and then DS stayed home Wed from school...and DD stayed home Thurs from school. Guess how I am feeling this right very minute?

Yep, ds got it and had it for 48 hours....then I got it for a week

knock on wood, dh and I have not been sick at all this year, no colds or stomach flu. Hope I don't jinx it.

No stomach issues here. Glad it came and went in 24 hours, and not any longer:)
My dh had a little cold, but that came and went. Will keep my fingers crossed for everyone to stay healthy!

I had something hit me in the middle of the night the other night. At least I wasn't throwing up. For me, that is worse!

I am feeling much better today, was able to eat a meal and keep it down! Thank goodness! The bright side is that I lost a few pounds! LOL!

I'm fostering five kittens at the moment and everyone in the family has a stomach-ache.... can't figure out which one it is! ;P Hope you feel better soon!

Glad you are feeling better. We have seemed to skip it this year. My boss did get it a few weeks ago, though. Hah!! He never gets sick and always teases us (the workers) when we are...

the school district here sent an email out to staff this week, that the flu virus is going around! They mentioned that a lot of the symptoms were cramps, exhaustion, fever, etc not just a tummy ache. We've had lots of teachers out sick too over the last month.

Yesterday afternoon I got so sleepy that I just laid down on the floor in the computer room to 'rest' and ended up taking a 3 hour nap! Then I was fine. But my stomach did feel a little woozy, but I could still eat. It's been going around here. We've been dealing with it for 3 weeks in our household. Maybe it's done.... i hope

Yup. I had it on New Year's Eve...all day and night. It was miserable! Now it is going around school (not from me, since I got over it when I was home on break). 2 of our main musical characters have had it the last 2 days...running out of recuperation time. Yikes! Please send good vibes that nobody else in our cast comes down with it! Musical is on Friday!

It's been going around here in Michigan too. I had a friend that had it for 5 days, she finally went to the hospital because she was so dehydrated and weak.
Another pal was sitting on the toilet and passed out. Luckily her hubby was there and caught her.

It's not fun, but so far I have managed to stay well.

DH and I have had something today, but we both seem to be feeling a little better now. I just hope it stays away!! I will be going out of town on Monday for work and I can't be sick while I am in class. Glad everyone is starting to feel better on the Board!

We did not have that, thankfully! We have had sore throat, fever, cough, sinus infection, for several weeks now, almost all healed!
