Good morning! Jules asked me to open the day. I am at work. When I go home, I have to take my ds#1 downtown to conduct some of his business. Then home for me and a nice warm bed. Later, dh has a PT appointment, then more bed for me. Not much is going on for me. How about you? What do you have going on for this blessing of a day?

I get to go to the dentist this morn, just a cleaning and check up though....phew! My first day off work this week so I have some house work to do when I get back.

Sometimes things happen in our lives that tear us apart inside, but if we don't learn to look past them and see the sun shining above the clouds, we will forever be standing in the rain!!This quote my sister's dil posted on FB this morning really hit home today! Had an argument with ds yesterday and he has banned Barb from his home when we go to visit in a few weeks. It's too long and too private to go into but suffice it to say, it will be the grandchildren who will suffer for this. She will not get to see Brayleigh now and Kayla and Collin will will be hurt by not seeing their other "grandparent".On the flip side today is my Friday. Only 3 days next week to work and 2 the following week. Then retirement. Oh, by the way, since I announced my retirement I haven't had a single "QC" error at all! Hmmmm...that's weird!! NOT!!Have a good day cherries!

Charlene~ sorry to hear about your DS's decision. I have seen this with another friend of mine (other resasons) but Its wrong either way. Its wrong to tell loved ones they cannot see thier grandchildren if its not about safety!
Today is the last dy of school for my oldest ds for this week. He gets a four day weekend, oh boy. We have a birthday party this weekend that I need to go ahead and wrap the presents for. Sooo glad I already had something that I can give! No big plans for the rest of the week! Have a great Thursday!

I am so glad it is almost Friday! I did manage to get a decent amount of cleaning done last night, then searched through my scrappy stuff (unsuccessfully) for a specific line I want to use this weekend. I *know* I have it but cannot find it! Very frustrated and don't have time to order through the shop now!



At 3am when I woke up sneezing and coughing, with a sore throat and pain in my ears, I knew today was going to be fun I have to see if my dr will just call a script in b/c she is not in tomorrow and will be closed by the time I leave work for the night. I am not waiting till Monday for this. Haven't had a decent night's sleep in almost a week and now I know why. Oh well, its almost the weekend and I have three days off

First, good morning cherries!!! Charlene, you are not alone, I am walking in those very same shoes at this moment, and I can not tell you the deep pain it causes. So thanks for sharing that quote, as I too am learning that lesson. I am here if you ever need an ear!. Yesterday, DH and I went to beach and caught the most stunning sunrise!!!! Will be scrapping them soon. Then we grabbed some friends and headed to a favorite beach of our's a bit south of home, and what a day we had!!! The white sand on the beach was almost ours alone. Very few people out. It was warm and sunny, and we walked for hours just listening to the waves, enjoying the sun on my face. Even collected several shells, and a few sand dollars. It was then followed by the marsh walk, which I really love. After getting home, it was BBQ time, so all in all it was a beautiful belated Valentines day for us all. (dh had to work Valentines) Today it is rainy and grey, which I don't mind as we really need the rain. I just ordered my last bit of photos from our great day yesterday, and later scrapping is the name of the game!!!! Have a great day cherries!!!!

Hello Cherries.........I am just trying to get through the work day. All of a sudden no work again. This really makes for a long day. After work DH and I have to take Tucker in to the vet for more vaccines and such. Then quickly home to eat and then off we go to our friend's DD musical. I can't wait. She got the part of Mrs Potts and also has a solo part. It is going to be amazing I can just tell.

Work is already kicking me in the buttt. One of my client's locations are getting audited today and they have found so many errors, it just boggles my mind as to why nobody says anything.....*pulling out my hair and screaming*

Day started off great; then went down hill. My boss tried to jump on me for something else that happened. I can't control everything that happens in our office. Oh, well. He is about to get the "bite me" attitude...

I'm so glad it is Thursday; it has been a really looooonnnggg week.

I am so sorry that so many of us are having serious problems. I have often told my kids that whatever the problem (barring safety issues, of course) that they can be worked out and that the kids should never be used as a control of others behavior. It is wrong to use people like that. Those kinds of games can be devastating in so many way and no one wins. I have a friend who fears that in her life and thank goodness my kids and spouse have not done any of that. But even though I have not experienced those kinds of upsets I am still sympathetic to those of you who have. The pain of not seeng the little ones is still very painful whatever the reason.
