Guess what was in my driveway this am??

This big ole boy:
My neighbor called to give me a heads-up. We share the driveway and she didn't want me to be surprised when I took Xander up for the bus this morning. Of course I had to run right out and take a pic. Never seen a porcupine during the day before. My neighbor insisted it was rabid, but he seemed fine to me. And he'd vacated the premises by the time the bus came, even though Xander brought his big wooden sword just in case. LOL!

I am so glad your niehbor warned you before you went out!! What a shock that could of been LOL!!! Great Pic you took! My DH once got a shock in the evening, he was going out to turn on the grill and saw a Skunk hanging out in our tiny backyard!!! Glad he looked before he opened the door!!!!
