I don't get one and I never get the flu except for the one year when Quincie got it. She got the flu mist for several years at school and every year she got the flu. For the last two years she did not get it and no flu.

No, haven't had a flu shot since my childhood. I'm always afraid I'll be the one that gets the flu from the shot so I take my chances. I know... not my smartest moment.

Since my MD ran out, I went to a local drug store and got one 2 weeks ago. It's only the 2nd time in my life that I have gotten one.

Yes. I have every year since I got the flu and thought I was going to die. I was so sick I hoped I would.

Since then I've developed a "vulnerable respiratory system" (quote from my doctor) So I get one every year.

I got one early Oct and another one for my yearly physical mid-Dec. The efficacy of the swine flu is good for a year but the flu vaccine itself is only good for a couple of months.

Not yet, the boys and I have appointments to it in Thursday. My sil and niece were so sick at Christmas with the flu that I made appointments for us. I hope I'm not too late as ds #1 is not feeling well tonight.
