Just wanted to share this fruit salad recipe I've been making a lot lately ...


1 apple, peeled, cored, chopped

1 pear, peeled, cored, chopped

1 cup grape halves

1 can mandarin oranges, drained

1 small container light orange-flavor yogurt



Best chilled before serving. Keeps well a couple of days in the refrigerator. My son also likes sliced banana, but the bananas do not keep well.

Sounds delish! I make one very similar with chopped apples, grape halves, craisins, chopped walnuts and a dressing made with cool whip with a few tablespoons or orange juice concentrate.

But the salad sounds so yummy! My husband loves to mix yogurt with fruit. I'll make it for him this weekend!

No one ever laughs at me anymore. Toss salad=something dirty.
