Trish, I've only watched parts of episodes here & there when nothing else was on. I'm still hoping to actually see the airplane crash that started it!

It's better if you watch it on video anyhow. That way you don't have to wait until the next week or season or years later to find out what the heck is going on. 
We did seasons 1 - 4 that way. Then watched 5 live last year.
If you do the DVD's be prepared to give up potty breaks, cleaning, sleeping and anything else for your LOST fix.

lol 0 my girls say that too! And, we don't let them watch cause they caught the smoke monster once and it was hard to explain that it wasn't a tornado and wasn't real.
We have all the seasons on dvd and yes, you give up life while watching!
