So whats for dinner girls... I'm cooking ''Red Curry Thai chicken'' and rice YUMMY

my mom made us a casserole.

not sure about tonight, but dh made an excellent pork roast last night! It was yummm o! Even the kids liked it - it is very rare that all 3 ask for seconds.

Lucky girl. I wish my mom was not so far away.. I miss her cooking and miss having big family dinners

I'm making barbecued turkey kielbasa in the crockpot and au gratin potatoes.

Cap'n Crunch Chicken and...... I haven't decided on side dishes yet....

It is so easy I will post it after DS's baseball game

My dh made me a perfect grilled cheese with 2 pieces of cheese. YUM.

I'M WAVING MY MAJIC WAND AND TRANSPORTING MYSELF TO YOUR HOUSE FOR DINNER! SOUNDS YUMMY!

No leftovers from this past weekend to warm up when hubby and his cousin were here. So it is just me and a microwavable dinner, of which page gets to lick the plastic plate when done!

I'd rather spend my time scrapping tonight then cooking!

I made DH a sandwich as he had to leave in a hurry to play poker and I probably won't eat because I had two temporary crowns done today and my mouth is still kind of sore.

that sounds delish i'm only making chkn taco salad
after all that pigging-out during the weekend crop!

I just made an italian wedding soup. Its Martha Stewarts light version..very yummy with sourdough bread.

Left-over roast beef with potatoes and carrots. DH made it Sunday night in his new pressure cooker. It was beyond awesome.

My sister in law (who is currently in cullinary school) made us eggplant parmesan and pasta. I am drooling at just the smell.
