I'm a nerd. I haven't watched anything in prime time for years. I know nothing of Grey's Anatomy, Twilight, Bachlorette, Desperate Housewives, etc. When I actually do sit down to watch TV I specifically notch out my time around "Little House on the Prairie", "The Andy Griffith Show" and "The Golden Girls".

I am absolutely giddy that it was just announced that Betty White is hosting Saturday Night Live on May 8th!!! I'm beside myself with excitement! I am looking forward to this more than the opening of Cedar Point!!!! I can't wait!

OMG! I watch like 4 hours of Golden Girls everyday! My 3 year old even knows the theme song! LOL!
May 8th we'll be away for our anniversary, but I am SOOOO watching this anyway!

Heh, there was a puzzle on Wheel of Fortune tonight for which the answer was "Television Medical Drama House," and the guy said it like drama-house was the word, because he'd never heard of the tv show House! Y'all are missin' out.

that's okay, you like what you like... I know a 46 year old woman who watches SpongeBob and any other cartoon she can, and she doesn't even have kids! it's a personal preference!

She is going to be a great host. Too bad they are making her share the spotlight with all those other past cast memebers.

I loved the Golden Girls...one of the few shows I watched. I am not a big tv person either.

You're not a nerd! I do watch Grey's Anatomy and The Office, but those are the only network shows I watch. My kids make fun of me- I watch the Weather Channel, House Hunters, Sell This House, all those house shows on HGTV. I love Little House on the Prairie.

I've always thought she was hilarious--when she was on Boston Legal shooting people and holding up convenience stores, I remember just HOWLING she was so funny...and I thought the commercial with Betty White getting tackled was the best one on the SuperBowl this year!! This may actually be a FUNNY episode of SNL.
