Have you had any "major" surgeries?





I have had my gallbladder removed and my rotator cuff repaired.........and 2 c-sections, but that's it for now.

I had eye surgery as an infant but nothing that I can remember!

Not major surgery, just day surgery. I had the "plumbing" checked out. They did it with laproscopy, so I was asleep and then recovery.

Two foot surgeries...one to remove a bunion and the other to remove the pins from the bunion surgery. Both just outpatient, so not bad. Oh, and my tonsils when I was five!

If you want to consider a 2 and half hour surgery on my nose and sinus area. That is all the surgerys I have had.

Yep. 2 c-sections, gall bladder, and gastric by-pass. Also had two corneal transplants in my eyes.

The only surgery I've had is getting my tonsils out. Otherwise I've been pretty lucky so far. (knock on wood!)

Nothing too major. I had foot surgery when I was 4 to remove a needle that broke off in my foot, tubes placed in my ears when I was 6, and my wisdom teeth removed at 16.

I had two brain surgeries due to an accident when I was younger, that's it other than pregnancy and a tear in my knee repaired

tubes several times as a child, my adnoids out and my wisdom teeth out. Nothing major on those but none the less it was all done.

ankle repair surgery, nasal surgery, surgery to repair a ruptured cyst in my abdomen and surgery to remove a tumor in my abdomen... I'd rather not have any more if it can be helped.

When I was 18 I had a tumor removed from the roof of my mouth, I have had my tonsils out, tumors removed from my ovaries, a tendon transfer in my right foot, apendix removed, a hysterectomy, and wisdom teeth removed.

Shoot! There's always one in the crowd - this time it's me. I've had 12 major surgeries and 3 minor surgeries. If people had known about fibromyalgia back in 1965, I am sure my doc would never have done the appendetomy...and I would never have had 4 of the other major surgeries because there never would have been adhesions blocking off my colon.

I had a breast reduction when I was 15...they took 2 lbs off of me. Wow! I've also have palntars warts lasered off (I consider it major - I was put all the way under for it) and my wisdom teeth removed (surgically and I was out all the way too)

When I was little I had surgery...I don't even remember what it was for. Other than that...nothing!
