 Do you mow your own lawn or do you have a service come and do it?



My dh usually does ours.....but if he gets really lazy I will call his best friend who owns a service and have him come and cut it......really ticks off dh...but it keeps him on track getting it done for awhile.

 Either i cut the lawn or my oldest DS does it.. Usually i do it though!

 We mow our own. I usually do the majority of it (I like the exercise) but we have a HUGE back yard so DH will do that part.

 I live in a garden apt & our grass gets done by the maintenance dept.

 I have a service, which is coming today.

Many years ago I got a lawn mower and tried mowing my own lawn.  I could not get the mower started - and it was marketed and sold as an "easy start" mower, too!!  For a while my ex-fiance used it to mow the lawn for me, but then he got sick.  When I sold my mother's house in 2006 I gave the new owner's the old mower.

 My dh does it.

 We're mowers. Well, dh is anyway!

 I have a service......I don't "do" lawns.......

 I live in a townhouse and have no lawn to mow!  I have some killer weeds growing in the back patio though.  lol.  I need to get on killing those suckers ASAP.

 We mow our lawn. Can't afford to buy a service, plus our grass is pretty much dead, so not much to cut right now!  But its nice b/c we have a riding mower, so we both can work at the same time and get it done.. I mow, he weed-eats!!

 DH mows our lawn - only when absolutely necessary!  I'm trying to get our lawn into all wildflowers; if that happens, he'll mow paths through the flowers. Since we live on the edge of a lake, I think having the yard be wildflowers would be beautiful.

 i don't. they hubby does. i've tried to with the push mower, but it takes me for a ride!!!

No lawn - we're in an apartment.    But when we had one, at our last place, the agreement was that the landlord would mow. 

We mow our own lawn. I do it when my husband is out of town. Our lawn has lots of obnoxious trees to mow around.

 We (that would be my honey mowing and me cheering him on) do our own lawn.  He has been talking about getting a lawn service for the front. 

 X boy friend used to mow ours.  He still does once in a while for his son he says LOL But I'm not complaining. As long as it gets done.

 Nope.   We're hiring someone this year.

The new house will not have grass.

 BF cuts the grass (and weeds!) with his own lawnmower.  I watch him while cleaning out the flower beds. 

 DH does it but we have a horrible time getting our grass to grow properly.  I have such lawn envy!
