yesterday. I had to leave 15 minutes early to go to physical therapy on my knee.
The steps were icy. No handrails.
Now I have 4 pages of paperwork to complete.
Luckily, I fell on my well padded butt.

That's one of my biggest fears. I've had both knees replaced and if I went down, I don't think I could get back up.

oh no!!! hope you are okay! that happened to me a few years ago, I twisted my knee and ended up tearing the meniscus; I did have surgery to repair it, but now I suffer f rom artritis and I have not been the same since! Age does not help our bones! {{{{{hugs}}}} sweetie!
