What is your favorite cold weather comfort food?
Mine is chili and crackers...and I just talked my honey into making a big pot for supper! And you?

Grilled Cheese Sanwhiches!! But I can eat those anytime. I really don't have a craving for anything when its cold. But I do like to drink me some hot coco!!

jambalaya with Italian sausage. I have some ready to cook up for Thursday when they are forcasting snow, although it's pretty darn cold today! I can do Frito Chili Pie too, which what we may have tonight.

Ohhhh I love Pho!!! But my favorite in cold weather is Gumbo!! Is made a huge pot the first week in January and I'm defrosting some for dinner tonight since the dh is out of town.

ITs a toss between the 3 favs... HOMEmade chicken and dumplins- YUM! Sourcream chicken enchiladas which by the way i made yesterday. Or- lazagna. all 3 not so figure friendly.
Last night with my enchiladas I tried an easy way. I took Large can of cream of chicken and mixed it with cambells healthy select chicken tortilla soup. Perfect combo for a sauce...I just poured it over the top of the enchiladas in the pan and added cheese then baked. So easy and ymmy.

Chili and cornbread, tomato soup in a bread bowl, or soup and a grilled cheese sandwich...I can't chose between those 3.

Creamy potato soup with ham and corn in it, then I make either cinnamon rolls or dinner rolls. Yummy!! Ok, so now I need to add all of those ingredients to my grocery list. hehehe
