How often do you iron????? Do you own an iron????
I iron everyday--without fail. My neighbor doesnt even own an iron. My grandmother taught me to iron at a young age and I have loved it ever since. Amanda even irons her clothes every morning before school.
You are a dying breed. I do own an iron but I don't think I have touched it in over 6 mos. My DH does his uniforms at least once a week but I don't touch them. I'm a t-shirt kinda girl.

Iiron every day just about. I hate it but I don't like wrinkled clothes.
TIA
Does throwing them back in the dryer to get the wrinkles out count?
Iron? Is that big heavy thing that has it's own board? lol, I do only when necessary. Usually, if I get stuff out of the dryer right away, I don't need to.

Word of 2025 - APPRECIATE
I love to wear cotton so I iron but certainly not every day. I had to starch and iron my daddy's uniforms and BDUs when I was little so it's NOT one of my favorite things to do as an adult. But I do it. Although, around here every one does their own.

I have an iron and board - I don't use it as often as I used to - perhaps only once every two weeks. My mum irons practically every day
The last time I used an iron was to put an iron-on on my shirt. I try not to wear things that need to be ironed, because I just hate doing it!
My aunt irons everything. She has some kind of starch spray she even uses.

I used to iron almost daily when I had to dress up for work.
I bring it out every couple of months. Like the others, I get the clothes out of the dryer right away.

I love to do laundry but I HATE to iron! I do it every 3 weeks or so when it starts to build up or as the need arises. Blah!
I own a nice Tfal iron and iron at least one thing every day. Even if I put it in the dryer for just a few minutes and then hang to dry, I still feel it needs pressing.
I only iron if I'm going some place nice and want to look good. Otherwise I don't have a need for it.

Iron? Nope.... Not even sure we own an iron! (I may have had my mom's for awhile, but I think I gave it back to her....)

I iron "dress" clothes. They're in the back of the closet and get wrinkled, so I iron them if we're headed for a funeral or a party (yes - we each only have one thing that you could count as "dressy"). So far this year, they've been ironed twice. I used to make my own clothing - at that time I used the iron a lot to press open seams and then press hems.
I wonder, sometimes, if we ever give God a headache.
I do own an iron but I rarely iron clothes, especially since I left the workforce.

I never iron. DH needs his uniform ironed daily, and he does that himself. Don't feel sorry for him, he doesn't have a lot of chores but that is one. It's not that I wouldn't be willing to iron, just that I've tried it before and the clothes look the same before and after. So that's just a waste of time. My clothes all go in the Dryel bag, and whatever wrinkles I can't get out that way I live with.
Dh irons his uniforms, but other than that, my iron pretty much only gets used for crafting. I try not to buy things that require ironing, if I can help it.
