• Yellow with chocolate buttercream frosting
• Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting

1. Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting (but it can't be too fudgy.)
2. Strawberry Short Cake (with angel food cake, not a biscuit or pound cake.)
3. Coconut cake (I think it's just white cake with coconut frosting but I figure there's got to be more coconut in the cake somewhere)

 1. my DIL makes a lemon jello cake.  i think it's similar to tina's lemon cake.  i love this stuff.
2. my MIL's microwaved carrot cake.  love it!
3. my MIL's applechip cake.  she hasn't made it in years. 

oh and i forgot, i love just plain angel food cake.  if no one knew i had one in the house i could eat the whole thing myself.  lol.  seriously, i love that stuff.

I'm really not into colored icing .. freaks me out!
