I had a very lazy day at home after Nathan's baseball tourney was called off because of the rain and very cold weather.

Dh and I had a great day... we were able to scoot into the city to see a really cool tall ship in Boston Harbor and then we hit the North End for our favorite Italian place and stuffed ourselves. We topped it off with a stop at Mike's Pastries for some take-home goodies. Ahhh... it was GOOD!

I went to a bowling potluck lunch with dh and ds. The team they bowled on this year came in first in the league, so they got trophies, etc. We ate and they bowled. I'm not a bowler. I'm still full from lunch, but I'm sure dh and ds are going to want some sort of dinner. We have pizza left over from last night, so they can have that. So, I guess it was a pretty good day.

I guess it was a good day. I didn't get anything accomplished though. Dh and the girls did let me take a nap. I was so torn about taking it, I had all this stuff to do, but I was so tired. I only wanted to sleep an hour or so and I slept 3! I do feel a little better, but we ate terrible today and I think that's making me feel all blah. At least the sun was out when I woke up. When I laid down it was rainy and cold.

I did. I did the dishes and cleaned up the kitchen, watched my Twins lose to the Royals and basically just chilled.

Let's just say - I got through it. My dh is still out of town so I had to get the boys to church and through church by myself. Not to mention give a Primay lesson to about 40 kids. I was glad some friends invited us over for dinner, because I was about ready to poor chips on the floor and let the boys go to town.

This sounds like a sensational day to me!!!
I cleaned my scrap room which really was kind of nice. Then we picked out flooring for some remodeling that we're completing - something we've put off doing until the very end instead of at the beginning. That was really fun and now I'm excited about the project all over again!!

I had a good day. DH made breakfast, which is a typical Sunday thing but nice cause I didn't have to do it.
Did a few errands, got the goody bags all ready for next Saturday's fundraiser crop. Then, just got back from dinner with DH, DD, my mom and a couple friends. It was yummy . . . and I'm so full and just want to veg.

tiring. but good. had a slow am start but then got the kids to swim class and then went to the garden store and stocked up on annuals and veggies and then spent 4+ hours in the yard planting it all. very fun. but now i feel my age and then some with how tired my muscles all are.
the yard looks better though. got the ironing done and the school packing done and now i'm going to bed. (after some ice cream)
