I went in to be induced on Monday the 7th at Noon. Myself and the baby were great the entire labor. We did have a "fun" moment though when my DH went to massage my back (back labor) and my monitor and the baby monitor moved-we set off the alarms and had a string of nurses and dr's running into the room. DH and I knew what had hapened and were trying to tell them, but with all of the comotion, no one was listening great- finally they realized it on their own.
I ended up with a cesaren though the next day for failure to progress, I was stalling at 6 and had to finally make the decision to wait or have it as the dr's did not feel that I would go further (safely). Dakota's head wasn't pushing right down, he was sunnyside up, and had the cord wrapped around his neck twice when they delivered him. He is perfect and very healthy. As soon as I was able to I started nursing and he jumped right on-the lactation specialist was impressed with both of us!
