Racheal Ray today? The segment of her show about the germs found on women's purses. SO GROSS! I will never put my purse down on the ground again and you better believe I'll be cleaning the bottom of it regularly.

I have read about that before. Especially because we have to put it down in bathroom stalls, most of the time those little hangers are busted off.  We put it on the counter, on the floor under the table at restaurants, in shopping carts, in our own cars, you name it. But what doesn't kill me... right?

I always cringe when I see people put their purse & even their jacket on the floor of a bathroom.............eeewwwww. If I happen to have my purse with me I tend to leave it on my shoulder & do the balancing act!!

Luckily I rarely put my purse on the kitchen table or anywhere near the kitchen. But I did the other day and I'm thinking eeeew. Time to sanitize.I'm not a germaphobe but somethings like that it makes sense to be a little more careful about.

My friend was over, who just got out of the hospital ...... we had Rachel Ray on the television, but I changed it .... there were some nasty things growing and the last thing I needed my friend to watch is more "germy" things!   icky!!!   But I did go and take my purse off of the kitchen counter ..... oh my .... scary!

I saw it and immediately got out the Clorox wipes!  Maybe I should keep a stash in my purse?  At least I rarely put mine onthe counter....Jenna

Jenna I was thinking of doing the same thing and keeping a little pack in my purse at least for my hands. I don't think I'd go around wiping down door handles and shopping carts like that lady did.

I come on!  There are germs on everything!  I'm already a germaphobic person and now I have to worry about the bottom of my purse?  I don't think so.  Thank goodness I only carry a diaper bag (he, he )

LOL--I didn't see it, but I guess it makes sense!  YUCK!This is why I buy cheap purses and throw them away often! At least I don't have any OLD germs living on them!

i missed it i wish i would have caught it....my purse is usually only on my kitchen chair or the front seat of my car, i don't put it on the ground and if the knobby thing is broken off in the bathroom it sits around my neck...but i think i'll go wipe the bottom of my purse and my backpack lol
