Okay, first of all, I am so sick of Mer being such an itty bitty *itch to Lexi. She needs to get over herself and I was elated to see Lexi finally grow a backbone with her.George and Izzie just don't have the chemistry-they need to rethink having them as a "couple." I think what they demonstrated last night is what we're already thinking...lol.I  Alex...he's just so blunt and upfront, but he has that soft side to him...I teared up in that scene where he's realizing Lexi's and Mer's dad is a drunk...and he understands the pain. He made my heart melt! lolAnyone thinking what I'm thinking regarding Dr. Hon? (ie, I don't think she's straight...she turned down McSteamy, lol)I'm so glad Bailey is Chief Resident now, but I really didn't understand her breakdown. Didn't seem very "Nazi" of her. LOL !What are your thoughts?Jr

Well let's see, I agree that Mer needs to grow up with Lexi. You work together, deal with it. :P I looovvveee George but I agree, the chemistry isn't quite there. They're just better as friends I guess.I've never been fond of Alex. Still not. But it is nice to see he has a human side.Dr. Hon is going to be interesting. I find myslef hating her, but also enjoying that someone can be that confident about themselves. So I'll see how it turns out. As for what you're thinking. I wouldn't doubt it! I mean, who turns down hot men? hahaha!Bailey is awesome and glad they got Torres out of that. She's just not tough enough for the job. I think the breakdown is because she's always been such a "nazi" that even she needs a good cry every once and awhile. And now she knows that the chief sees how good she is.So there ya go. hahaha!

I have always found Meredith to be pathetic.I think the writers realized nobody can act well enough to buy into George and Izzy. LOLI completely agree with the Dr Hon comment.I think of Bailey's breakdown a little but like how we all feel as mothers sometimes. We work our butts off and it never seems appreciated. it means the world to have that recognized, even if you are the "Nazi."

Okay - have a spoiler regarding Dr. Hon.....I'll just type a little and all..................I read in TV guide or Entertainment Weekly that there is to be a romance between Dr. Hon and another Dr. - but a female dr...speculation is that it is Sandra Oh (they did another movie/show where they were involved).Jenna

I had a brother who was a McSteamy...I watched him go from woman to woman to woman.  It was very educational for a 15 year old.  I wouldnt touch McSteamy with a ten foot pole...funny thing is my other brother is all McDreamy...and he's married to McIzzy blonde and beautiful.  Point was lost in there somewhere... Haun may be into the girl thing but I wouldnt touch McSteamy either...though he is nice eye candy!

I think Hon just saw right through McSteamy.  She smelled dog from the get-go.  I like the lesbian theory, though, I've seen it elsewhere too, so I wouldn't doubt that.I have not been a fan of the whole George/Izzy thing.  Deep down, I'm thinking they are getting what they deserve.  It's just...Ick! I always liked Callie, but I'm not liking her character right now either.  Last week, they showed her getting a little back of her butt-kicking side, but this week, not so much.  I hope when she goes back to just doing regular surgery, they'll bring some of her fight back. Loved the scene with Chief and Bailey.  That was great.  She deserved it! Mer and sis?  wasn't feeling the love on this at first, but now I see the Dad's true colors, whoa!!!  And liked Alex's reaction as well.  But I thought he was getting back with Amnesia Girl?  He was quick to move on, wasn't he?   And I wish the Mer/Der thing would just be done already.  Obviously it's not going anywhere.

Poor Dr. Hahn.  She's still traumatized by Buffalo Bill making her put that lotion on.....I like her, and I got the distinct feeling that's where her character was headed.  Chris and I said the same thing about Meredith last night.  She needs to just get over herself.

I like Mer, but agree that she needs to get over Lexi and make a decision about Derek.I never got the Gizzie thing...hopefully now it will end!Loving Alex (I've always had a soft spot for him), hope they give him more time on the show since he's one of the few characters that's not driving me crazy right now.Dr. Hahn...I see the lesbian angle but I hope they don't try to hook her up with Christina.  Also, I wish Christina would return to her true *itchy self...she seems a little soft lately.Do you think Callie will have a complete breakdown now that she's lost her job and George or will she come back stronger than ever?

OM, Miranda, I was lol at your comment.I completely agree about Alex and love his softer side.  I like him with Lexi but wonder what will happen with Izzy once her and George call it quits.  Alex said he was still waiting for her when he found out she loved George.  And I am so glad Izzy and George aren't together, they were more like brother and sister and I couldn't see them together.I loved Miranda's reaction and got why she started crying.  She wanted that position so badly and she finally got it.  I love when she shows emotion. And at first, I could see why Meredith didn't like Lexi but once you get to know Lexi, Mere seems like a complete witch.  She definitely needs therapy.I do think you guys are right about Haun and her playng for the other team.  Although, if I was her(and my character was straight), I wouldn't have gone with McSteamy either.  He seems so arrogant and his pick-up line was soooo cheesey. What predictions do you guys have for the future?

Not a fan of Mer.  She's very weak, needy, annoying. So glad George and Lizzie are having horrible sex.  Serves them right.  I don't like them together at all.  I miss Denny.  He was my McHottie.Callie kicks @$$.  Love her and Bailey.  Guess I like the stonger women of the show.Wouldn't Hahn getting together with Yang just prove Hahns point.  Sleeping her way with all her mentors.  Interesting.Loved McSteamy telling McDreamy he was dating the chief.  That was too funny.

LOL to Miranda's Buffalo Bill comment...now I know why she looked familiar.I was also cracking up at McSteamy's comments about Derek & Chief dating each other. That scene  in the room where they watched the surgeries cracked me up...they sounded like an old married couple.Jr

I cannot stand Meredith. I was hopeful that  they were killing her off in the drowning episode. I love Alex, I think he is the hottest guy on the show. He's not really bad, he's just acting out!
