Oh, I'm so glad she's home! I was expecting the photo to be much worse than it was. She's still young, with a lot of growing to do, so i'm sure that those scars, as well as with the help of a plastic surgeon, will almost completely disappear with time.
Is there anyway to help her boost her confidence? It sounds like she's a very bright, sensitive little girl, and I pray that you and the family will be able to reinforce her with knowing that beauty comes from the inside.
