Once in Hawaii. Although the views were spectacular, I felt very unprotected with the no doors thing and all. I could help by think about how exposed we were. Kind of put a crimp in our enjoyment of it.

I have once, when we were in Hawaii. We went down into the middle of a volcano. It made me sicker than a dog. I've always had a problem with motion sickness and that was just a little too swoopy for me...that and the fact that I was pregnant at the time.

I have a few times - once when I was little for my birthday
Once when I was working with the National Guard family support
But the most fun ride was when we took a helicopter ride with some friends over and around Seaside, OR. OMGOSH, the views were incredible and I got to ride up front and work some of the controls - TOO FUN!!!!

Yes! I love them, even though I get so motion sick. I rode in one over Iraq doing some aerial recon. Nothing like riding with a machine gun next to you.

yes....we have a helicopter museum right around the corner and they have an annual "Rotofest"...and they give...I mean sell rides!! Pretty cool!
