Brownie Cheescake is my favorite. I saw that now you can buy a mix for them!

CHOCOLATE OATMEAL DROP COOKIES1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoaBring to a boil for 1 minute (no longer, no shorter or they won't set right), remove from heat and quickly stir in:1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper already laid out and let cool.
So easy and yummy!

I love most desserts but Creme Brulee is probably my fav. No recipe but I hear it's very easy to make. I also like Tiramisu & hot pizzokies topped with icecream.
One of my faves is pudding pie, with practically a whole container of cool whip on top! Oh, yeah!

I made a really yummy and oh so easy dessert over the weekend, called Striped Delight.
In a 9 x 13 cake pan you layer the following:
bottom layer -- crushed oreo cookie crumbs (stir in some melted butter to hold together)
next layer -- combine two tubs of cream cheese and one container of cool whip topping and spread over crumb base
next layer -- mix two packages of instant chocolate pudding mix with 3 and 3/4 cup milk, spread over creamcheese layer
top layer -- mix togther one container of cream cheese with smaller container of cool whip topping and spread over pudding layer
sprinkle with oreo crumbs or drizzle with melted chocolate
Really good dessert! Dh and guests loved it!
