Amy,My husband loves these, and I dread making them every year, cos, I can't dip them with out them falling apart...What do you do?  I stab them with a toothpick, and dip, but it seems to crumble...what's your secret?

I don't toothpick them, I dip them and roll them in the chocolate with a small spoon.  

Also if they're dry, try adding a touch more butter or a teensy splash of milk.

I make these but the recipe my MIL gave me calls for parafin wax in the chocolate. I'll have to try these and see if it works out better. Thanks for the reminder.
